You may not use automated systems to spam report forms, attempt to bypass security protections, or deliberately interfere with the availability of the service.
Player Reports
Player reports should be submitted in good faith and should contain information relevant to the reported conduct.
Bug Reports
Bug reports should describe genuine issues encountered while using UGG and should include accurate reproduction information whenever possible.
Marking a bug as gamebreaking should be reserved for issues that seriously interfere with normal gameplay or operation.
Evidence Links
Users may be permitted to provide links to external evidence. You are responsible for the content you submit or link to.
Do not use evidence fields to distribute malicious, illegal, or unrelated material.
Roblox Authentication
UGG Support may allow users to authenticate through Roblox. You may only authenticate using an account you are authorized to access.
Attempts to impersonate staff, bypass staff authorization, manipulate authentication, or gain unauthorized access to restricted portions of the website are prohibited.
Staff Access
Certain areas of UGG Support may be restricted to authorized UGG staff.
Authentication with a Roblox account does not automatically provide staff access. Staff access is determined separately by UGG's authorization system.
Staff access may be changed or revoked at any time.
Service Availability
UGG Support is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued.
Third-Party Services
Some features depend on third-party services, including Roblox authentication and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
